Common questions about booking and using SlotSnap
How do I book with a business on SlotSnap?
Scan the business's QR code (usually posted at reception) or search for the business in the SlotSnap app to join the queue or book an appointment slot.
Do I need to download an app?
No — QR bookings work directly in your phone's browser. You can also book and manage appointments through the SlotSnap app, or by messaging on WhatsApp.
How will I know when it's my turn?
You'll get SMS and/or WhatsApp updates as your token or appointment approaches, so you don't have to keep checking.
I'm a business — how do I start accepting bookings?
Sign up as a provider, add your services and staff, and share your QR code — bookings start coming in right away.
I need to cancel or have an issue with a booking.
You can cancel a booking from the app's Bookings tab. For anything else, reach out — see Contact Us below.
