By downloading, installing, or using the SlotSnap / TokenPe app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SlotSnap (operated under the TokenPe brand) is an appointment and queue management platform that connects customers with service providers such as clinics, salons, and other businesses. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the services delivered by third-party providers.

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual service providers.
• SlotSnap is not liable for cancellations or changes made by service providers.
• No-shows may result in loss of your slot or token without refund.

Booking fees (where applicable) are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. SlotSnap does not store your payment card details.

• Making false or fraudulent bookings.
• Attempting to disrupt or abuse the platform.
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Automated scraping or data harvesting without permission.

SlotSnap provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments or service quality issues at the provider's premises.

All content, logos, and software on the SlotSnap platform are the property of TokenPe India Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
