Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the TokenPe customer app or the SlotSnap provider app, both published by SlotSnap Private Limited.

Delete it in the app

• TokenPe (customers): open the Settings tab and tap Delete Account.
• SlotSnap (providers): open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account.

No longer have the app?

Email us from any address with the app name and your registered mobile number. We'll confirm the request with that number before deleting the account.

What gets deleted

• Customers: your name, email, mobile number, profile photo and notification token are removed, and the account is closed.
• Providers: your email, password and mobile number are removed, the account is closed and your branches are deactivated so they no longer appear to customers.

What we keep

Past booking records (date, time, service and branch) are kept so providers keep an accurate history of their appointments. After deletion they are no longer linked to your name or mobile number.
